Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, pan-India. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact. As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in weave, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of artisan-made pieces and are not grounds for return.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
